Shipping costs:

• Delivery in France: €4.90, free for all orders over €29.

• Delivery in Europe: €9.90, free for all orders over €59.

Monitoring and assistance:

          Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to locate your package in real time.

Packages made available by the carrier at a relay point or agency and not collected by the recipient will not be refunded.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products (e-liquids, concentrates, wicks, resistors, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
